12:20PM – Harare Provincial Chairman Cde Godwills Masimirembwa is also in attendance, accompanied by other provincial leadership.
12:27PM – Businessman Dr. Kudakwashe Tagwirei has arrived at the venue. Delegates acknowledge his presence with applause.
12:35PM – The venue is full, with officials, delegates, and invited guests following proceedings.
