As Zimbabwe steps boldly into 2026, it is basking in recognition as Forbes Magazine’s World’s Number One Must-Visit Destination for 2025.

In a showcase of its tourism potential, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry, Hon. Tongai Mnangagwa, last week welcomed 29 American tourists to the iconic Victoria Falls, a gesture reflecting the country’s commitment to welcoming international visitors.

Yesterday, Hon. Mnangagwa also hosted South African rugby icon Siya Kolisi, who celebrated the country’s renowned hospitality. Kolisi received thoughtful gifts, presented by Hon. Mnangagwa, including the country’s iconic national fabric and branded Experience Zimbabwe souvenirs.

The gifts represented Zimbabwean culture, further emphasising the warmth that defines the nation.

Kolisi’s visit not only showcased regional ties but also reinforced Zimbabwe’s image as a destination rich in cultural experiences, drawing attention on multiple fronts.

Adding to the allure, popular American YouTuber IShowSpeed was spotted exploring the stunning landscapes of Victoria Falls, generating buzz and excitement among fans and fellow tourists. His presence demonstrates a growing trend of global influencers visiting Zimbabwe, eager to share its breathtaking beauty and unique offerings with a wider audience.

Zimbabwe’s signature warmth and hospitality remain pivotal in attracting international interest, as the government actively promotes the country’s natural wonders, diverse wildlife and rich cultural heritage.

With strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the tourism sector, Zimbabwe is poised to captivate travellers from around the world in 2026.

As the world turns its eyes to Zimbabwe, the nation stands ready to deliver exceptional experiences, firmly establishing itself as a top destination for adventure and exploration.

With welcoming arms and stunning sights, Zimbabwe is set to enchant visitors like never before.
