Developing Story
A new twist has emerged in the murder case involving accused suspect Shepherd Severa, with unconfirmed allegations suggesting he may have been involved in a romantic relationship with the deceased, Brian Nandana.
According to sources who spoke to Hurumende News Hub on condition of anonymity, tensions allegedly arose after the pair reportedly fell out over Brian’s plans to end the relationship and pursue marriage with a woman believed to be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
A relative of the Severa family, who requested anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter, claimed the two men were extremely close and frequently spent time together.
“They were always together, partying together and even sharing rooms at times,” the source alleged.
The relative further claimed that Shepherd had displayed feminine mannerisms from a young age, though these claims remain unverified and have not been independently confirmed by authorities.
According to the source, the alleged fallout reportedly began after Brian decided to distance himself from the relationship in preparation for marriage.
The source alleges that Shepherd struggled to accept the separation, a development they believe may have contributed to the events leading to Brian’s death.
However, police and prosecutors have not publicly confirmed any motive related to a romantic relationship, and the allegations remain speculative at this stage.
Authorities are continuing with investigations, while the courts are expected to determine the facts surrounding the case as proceedings continue.
As with all criminal matters, Shepherd Severa remains presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
