Police Nab Creative Dagga Peddlers in Surprise Operation
Reactive detectives swooped on a Bulawayo couple and seized an assortment of dagga they were peddling.
National police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the development, saying the duo were nabbed on 18 July 2025.
“Detectives from CID Drugs and Narcotics arrested a couple, Darian-Lee Kevin Lloyd Jackson (31) and Lakin Lee Robinson (32), for unlawful possession of dangerous drugs in Bulawayo CBD.
“Police recovered sachets of cocaine and huge quantities of dagga.
“The dagga comprised cheese cannabis, dosidos cannabis, gush mint cannabis, Oreo cannabis, hotcake cannabis, blue cheese cannabis, Gary Payton cannabis, grape gas cannabis, and loose dagga.
“These drugs were recovered in the suspects’ vehicle, while some were recovered at the suspects’ house in West Somerton,” said Commissioner Nyathi.
