French ambassador seeks to invest in the research and education sector

The incoming French ambassador to Zimbabwe Paul Bertrand Barets has expressed France eagerness to invest in Zimbabwe at the State house in Harare, yesterday afternoon.
Speaking after the handover of the credentials to the president at the visit, Barets said there are many sectors in Zimbabwe that France is interested in looking into for investment such as research and education.
He said, “also an importance sector of corporation with Zimbabwe is of course research, tutor and education.”
France and Zimbabwe have a history of good relations, and the coming in of the new ambassador will be a bridge between two countries and will strengthen existing relations and hopefully create new ones.
Barets said a delegation of French companies will fly into Zimbabwe to explore invest opportunity in various sectors. The coming in of French ambassador means more chances of investment and employment creation in Zimbabwe.
