Through President Dr. ED Mnangagwa’s patronage, Visionary Youth for Economic Development (VY4ED) has made significant strides in supporting Bulawayo’s marginalized populations, earning widespread recognition.

On Tuesday 24 September 2024, VY4ED distributed food items to about 20 vulnerable street people.  This is part of VY4ED/Foundation for the Care of Vulnerables (FCV) efforts to ensure the vulnerables feel the love they don’t receive every time.

One of the aims of Visionary Youths for Economical Development/The Foundation for the Care of Vulnerables, is to;

 – empower vulnerable populations,
 – breaking cycles of poverty,
 – fostering innovation and entrepreneurship,
 – building resilient communities
 – and ensuring that no one is left behind.

 The theme for VY4ED being “OKWETHU YIKWAKHA KUPHELA/ CHEDU KUVAKA CHETE”.

The founder of VY4ED/FCV is hands on, with her giving heart such that through the organisation and the leadership of Zimbabwe, efforts of changing the lives of ordinary people nationwide will be seen.

One of the beneficaries added that, “As a Bulawayo resident, we are thankful for the breakfast from Visionary Youths 4ED. Truly its a blessing to us here in Bulawayo.”

VY4ED/FCV empowered a youth to make the muffins. The youth noted that she was excited with the knowledge imparted to her by the institution.
