Bulawayo’s Cowdray Park benefits from Medical Outreach Program

A pioneering free Presidential medical outreach initiative has graced  Bulawayo’s Cowdray Park today, courtesy of Discovery Ambulance Services and Concord for Young Women in Business Global. Spearheaded by President Mnagagwa, this ambitious program tackles pressing national health sector challenges, benefiting everyone in Bulawayo.

The program is led by visionary leaders David Munowenyu, CEO of Discovery Ambulance Services, and Madame Apphia Nyasha Musavengana, President of Concord for Young Women in Business Global. Over the weekend, the team conducted a series of successful outreach events. 

On Saturday, they were at Nketa 8, providing vital first aid training and treatment to locals. Many young participants benefited from the session, receiving certificates upon completion. The following day, Sunday, the team was at Davis, which saw all the youths who undertook the training graduating. Notably, the certificates were signed by the President of Zimbabwe, underscoring the program’s national significance. 

Yesterday, Mpopoma-Mokhokhoba residents received vital medical services, including health screenings, consultations, and treatments. Today’s launch event welcomes key stakeholders, including the Bulawayo Youth League Executive, Bulawayo Provincial CZLWVA Executive, highlighting the program’s collaborative spirit. 

Madame Apphia’s dedication to empowering young women and community development shines through. Discovery Ambulance Services provides expert emergency medical response, critical care, and stabilization services. Their affordable packages, such as Smart Save Plus and DAS Full Cover, cater to diverse community needs. 

Concord for Young Women in Business Global promotes entrepreneurship and economic empowerment under Madame Apphia’s leadership.
