Fixtures Out for U-17 COSAFA Qualifiers

The official fixture list for the 2026 TotalEnergies CAF Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations | COSAFA Qualifier has been announced. The tournament will take place in Harare, Zimbabwe, from September 11 to 20.

This regional youth competition, which also acts as the pathway to next year’s continental U-17 finals, will be held across two venues: Hearts Stadium and Ngoni Stadium. The championship final is scheduled for September 20 at Ngoni Stadium.

The action kicks off on September 11 with Comoros facing Eswatini in a Group A encounter at Ngoni Stadium at 12:00 CAT (10:00 GMT), followed by hosts Zimbabwe playing Mozambique at 15:00 CAT (13:00 GMT) at the same venue.

Group B matches begin on September 12 at Ngoni Stadium, where Madagascar takes on Malawi at 12:00 CAT, before a highly anticipated clash between Zambia and South Africa at 15:00 CAT.

Meanwhile, Group C fixtures also commence on September 12 at Hearts Stadium. Mauritius will meet Lesotho at 12:00, and later in the day Angola will go up against Botswana at 15:00.

Group stage matches will run until September 16. The top team from each of the three groups, along with the best second-placed team overall, will advance to the semi-finals.

Semi-final matches are scheduled for September 18 at Ngoni Stadium. The Group B winner will face the Group C winner at 12:00, while the Group A winner takes on the best runner-up at 15:00.

The third-place playoff is set for September 20 at 11:00, followed by the final at 14:00, both at Ngoni Stadium.
