Warriors Face Desert Foxes in Saudi Showdown
The Warriors are back in action this evening as they take on Algeria in an international friendly at the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Kick-off is set for 6:30 PM CAT.
Team Updates
Zimbabwe coach Marian Marinica has been forced into a few changes after injuries hit his camp.
Captain Knowledge Musona misses out with a hamstring injury and will sit out both fixtures. He’s joined on the sidelines by Tymon Machope of Scottland FC, who picked up a calf injury.
Their places have been taken by Isheanesu Mauchi and Tivonge Rushesha, who now get a chance to impress on the international stage.
Algeria also have their own setbacks, with goalkeeper Luca Zidane ruled out through a groin injury sustained at Granada CF. He’s replaced by Zakaria Bouhalfaia of Al-Falastin SC.
Defenders Ramy Bensebaini (Borussia Dortmund) and Mohamed Amine Tougaï will also miss the clash due to injuries.
