Bus Express Logistics Clarifies Allegations Over Reported Lost Parcel
Bus Express Logistics has issued a formal clarification following a recent complaint by a client who claimed her parcel went missing while being transported from South Africa to Zimbabwe.
The company emphasised that it takes customer concerns seriously and maintains strict procedures to ensure parcels are safely handled and accurately accounted for.
Bus Express Logistics encouraged all clients to make use of its official offices when sending parcels to avoid misunderstandings or unverified transactions.
“Our customers should approach our offices for any transaction and also obtain receipts as proof so that we can take full responsibility regarding any issue,” the company said.
The logistics provider outlined the locations of its authorised offices, reminding customers that these are the only points where legitimate payments and receipts are issued.
“In South Africa, Bus Express Logistics operates from Bosman, Newton, and Powerhouse, while in Zimbabwe, its official office is located at Roadport in Harare,” the company added.
The company stressed that using these official channels ensures proper tracking, accountability, and customer protection in the event of any dispute.
Bus Express Logistics reiterated its continued commitment to offering reliable and transparent parcel services to both Zimbabwean and South African customers.
