ZINARA Rolls Out Festive Licensing Deals

ZINARA has launched a limited-time festive promotion aimed at easing licensing costs for motorists across the country.
Running from 8 to 15 December 2025, the initiative offers three major relief options:
a 25 percent discount on current licence renewals,
a full penalty waiver for motorists clearing arrears, and
a 12-month payment plan to help drivers settle outstanding fees.
The promotion is available at ZINARA Licensing Offices, mobile teams, tollgates (excluding the Plumtree–Mutare route) and registered licensing agents, with support from partners CBZ Insurance, Post Insurance and AFC Insurance.
ZINARA says the festive season package is designed to encourage compliance while giving financially strained motorists an opportunity to regularise their vehicles without heavy penalties.
The authority is urging the public to take advantage of the one-week window, stressing that the offer will not be extended.
