Emmanuel Sitima and Takunda Mhuka will remain behind bars after the High Court dismissed their bail appeal.
The two have now spent nearly 50 days in detention following their arrest on allegations linked to the destruction of a window pane reportedly valued at around US$10.
Their initial bid for bail at the Mbare Magistrates’ Court was unsuccessful.
After challenging the decision at the High Court, the appeal was also turned down, meaning they will continue being held in custody.
