R&B Dancehall Lovers will celebrate its first anniversary on October 31, 2026, at Belgravia Sports Club in Harare, with organisers promising a full-day event celebrating 1990s and 2000s R&B and dancehall music.

The event, presented by Grown & Sexy under the theme “Old Is The New Vibe”, is expected to bring together music lovers for a nostalgic celebration of the two genres.

Organisers have described the anniversary edition as the biggest so far, promising “The Biggest Stage, The Biggest Experience, The Biggest Surprises.”

The movement, which began as a gathering for fans of old-school R&B and dancehall, has grown into a regular event catering to audiences who enjoy music from the 1990s and 2000s.

The anniversary celebration will be held at Belgravia Sports Club, with gates opening at noon. Attendees will be allowed to bring camping chairs to enjoy the event in a relaxed, picnic-style setting, although cooler boxes will not be permitted.

The organisers have introduced three ticket categories for the celebration. The General Access Lovers Package costs US$25 for two people, while a single General Access ticket costs US$20. VIP tickets are priced at US$30 per person.

Tickets are available online through MegaTicketAfrica and physically at Clouds2You outlets at Village Walk, Highlands Park, Avondale and Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport.

Bookings and reservations can be made by calling 0771674200.

The event is being held in partnership with VYBE VIP Night Club, with organisers encouraging music lovers to follow @rnbdancehalllovers on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube for updates.

The first-anniversary event marks a milestone for the movement as it seeks to bring together fans of classic R&B and dancehall for a day of music and entertainment. With the celebration extending from midday into the evening, the event is expected to attract audiences from across Harare.
