Hezy Motors Logistics Founder Remanded in Custody Over US$600,000 Fraud Charges

Hezy Motors Logistics founder Hazel Silibaziso Mafu appeared before the Harare Magistrates’ Court earlier today facing fraud charges involving US$600,000.

Mafu was not asked to plead to the charges during her initial court appearance.

The court remanded her in custody until Monday, when her bail application is expected to be heard.

The matter is still before the courts, and investigations are continuing.
